Ingredients:
* 3 lb white fish
* 3 lb chopped potatoes
* 1 large sweet onion
* 8 oz butter
* 2 cans of evaporated milk
* Seasoning salt
Directions:
Boil potatoes and onions in water just before the potatoes are cooked add the fish and let finish cooking.
Add 8 oz of butter and 2 cans of evaporated milk, and add desired amount of seasoning salt.
Serve with crackers on the side.
